on nitro-tap at the brewpub in Milwaukee. pours a light amber color with a half finger of bright tight and white head with decent retention and no lacings.
aroma is of light citrus hops and a distinct orange note, albeit in the background. the overall character comes off as a bit ephemeral, with a bit of bready pale malts. pleasant overall.
taste follows the nose with a light quality overall and a more restrained hop character. the citrus (mainly orange) notes are a bit overpowering of the other flavors. if not for the malt notes, this brew is basically orange creme soda.
mouthfeel is light bodied and a bit creamy in tecture with a finish of residual citrusy hops.
drinkability is decent. for fans of fruit beers, solace will be found here, with decent malt presence but a bit overdone overall. could be better.

On the pour the first thing I noticed was that the carbonation was crisp, not much head on it. The color was more on the pale side than I expected, but the smell seemed almost no existant. This led to a very unexpected overwhelming linger of orange. Just seemed strange not be be able to smell it yet have it so pronounced in the taste. First beer that I real did not feel like finishing. Maybe my expectations clouded my experience?

Appears a pale yellow in color with a nitrogen-induced creamy white head. Very feint aroma, nothing really stands out in particular. Mouthfeel is very creamy and smooth which lends to a rather easy drinking brew. Starts off with a rather ubiquitous light semi-sweet malt flavor. Brewed with Orange Blossom honey, you can detect its flavor midway through. Perle hops add some light bitterness also. Bland and uninspired.
Orange Blossom fails to stand out in the Ale House's line-up. Meant for summer consumption this beer is easy drinking, but I'd prefer the Weiss beer (if available during the summer) over this one. Nothing particular in the taste is really intriguing and I'd be reluctant to try another when the Ale House has better offerings.
