A: Hazy orange/amber color. Poured a 1 finger off-white head that dissipated to a broken skim. Laced in broken rings.
S: Citrus rind, tangerine and grapefruit. Caramel malt more prominent as the beer warmed a biit.
T: consistent with the nose. Tangerine more pronounced. Resininous and sweet in the middle. Sharply bitter finish with floral character lingering.
M: medium body. Moderate carbonation. Resiny and bitter. Finishes dry.
O: As the name implies....balanced and sessionable for the style.

Pours a hazy, amber/copper color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of strong hops, slight sweet malt, and slight earthy malt. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is smooth and thick with an average carbonation level. The bitterness is relatively high, but not over-powering. Tastes of hops, slight sweet malt, and subtle earthy malt in the background. Overall, not very complex, but the flavors are well blended.
