took a tour this weekend while in town to visit family. really laid back place with some generous samples.
beer pours out a deep amber color with limited head. nice ruby beer.
smell is fresh grapefruit, bit of fresh cut grass. big hop aroma.
taste is again grapefruit well balanced with some bready meduim roast malts. brewed with all cascades and this really comes through in the flavor.
mouthfeel is nice and chewy with moderate carbonation.
this beer was the star of their lineup. really drinkable with big hop flavors could have a six pack of these.
