Thanks go to n8dietz for the Bock bier hook-up.
Light colored Dr.Pepper, deep caramel, dark amber, ruby hue.Good carbonation, but very small head and almost no foam.
Very toasted caramel malts make me thin almost slughtly sweet white bread crust. Theres even a little roasty quality to each deep sniff. I get a little brown sugar too.
Somewhat off, caramel sweetness at the front of my tongue. Deeply toasted malt and a touch of roasty malts really add some depth to this malty, bready Bock. There was a little off flavoing to this bock though. Maybe cheap malts or bad watery. Syrupy, but well carbonated palate.

12 oz bottle poured into a pilsner glass.

A - Clear, dark caramel cedar color with steady carbonation streaming up to a billowing cream head. Lower retention but sticky, thick lace left over.
S - A few nuances of come forwards through the faint and otherwise bland nose. A touch of nuttiness and toffee but mostly dry, dirty Vienna malts. Metallic and earthy dirt are the biggest contributors.
T - Predominantly malty starting, it's got the crisp lager flavor through the middle and finishes with a hop bite. Toasted Vienna malts fall back to earthy, dry hop flavor on the finish.
M - Smooth and crisp with a lightly dry, medium-bodied finish and moderately higher carbonation. Balanced pretty well here.
O - Decent overall, this bock doesn't have the greatest aroma but makes up for it a little bit in the flavor. Smooth and drinkable, it's a fairly sessionable bock.
