I had this cask conditioned double IPA this evening at the Milwaukee Ale House. The name was derived from the 3 hop varieties used Cascade, Mt Hood & Summit that sound mountainous This poured a cloudy dark copper color with about an inch head and was served in a tulip glass. I wasn't recognizing the aromas that well, mostly hops but not that clear. I don't know if was me or the beer but I think it was the beer because the taste was fantastic, much better than the aroma. The chalk board stated this brew was dry hopped. I'm not really a hop head and this was a very hoppy beer but there was also a malt back bone to balance this out perfectly. This was a very enjoyable double IPA perhaps one of the best I've encountered.
