This beer came a dull copper that fades to redish peach in the middle. There are little bubbles that break on the surface, but no head.
Smells of raspberry and peaches with a slight lactic wheat.
There's an upfront crisp graininess that suggests wheat along with green grapes, strawberries and coriander. This finishes off with a snap of plumb skin.
Feels light and delicate, but still a bit dense. The carbonation is light and playful.
