This summer brew is being sold as a Corona substitute ("try it with a lime") but it's nothing of the sort, and it's 22 IBU's will attest to that. It's crystal clear golden body is topped by a short, bright-white head that's supported by streaming lines of fast rising bubbles from beneath. The nose expresses a clean, grainy malt with a mild touch of yeasty fruitiness and some floral hops. The body is light, crisp, and refreshing. The flavor delivers a brilliant combination of lightly grainy malt accentuated by floral and gently spicy hop flavors. It's well-balanced with a gently firm, backing bitterness that leads it into a dry finish with some lingering malt. Quite drinkable on a hot summer's day!
