A: The lager is a copper orange color, crystal clear with a thick head.

S: The beer has a sweet malty aroma.

T: The beer is a malty sweet flavor. There is no hop presence, instead the malts do all the dirty work and come across cleanly.

M: The mouthfeel is good, as the malty body is robust.

D: The beer is very drinkable, good for a few hours at the bar.

beer was presented as a deep copper colored beverage with modest tannish head. Smell was nice and malty with roasted grains and some dark fruitiness present. Taste was dominant of malt with some caramel and molasses tones noted. Nice creamy texture. Finish was more of the malt with a nice aftertaste. Very nice presentation

My first visit here, I stopped by and got a growler. This beer poured out a very bright and very clear deep orangey-copper color. The head was creamy and eggnog colored, and left a nice lace on the glass. This is a great beer! The aroma has sweet grains, with the essence of roasted nuts. The taste seems to be balanced perfectly, the bitter spiciness (peppery) just barely overtakes any malt sweetness. The body is light, flavorful and very drinkable. With a tad more maltiness and body, this could be perfect. Very good. I now need to try some of their other brews.
