From a growler purchased same day:

Pours straw yellow with plenty of clarity and a certain shiny quality to it. A thin white head leaves some trailing lace.

The smell is of lightly spiced dough and some pineapple-like fruitiness.

The taste is of sweet grain and some yeast. Gentle, mild hops add some balance to it. Pineapple-like fruitiness lasts throughout. It is slightly soapy. It has a sweetish finish.

Appropriately light-bodied and crisp, it is easy to drink. For the style it's not bad - certainly geared to the intro. to craft-beer drinker. I've seen more than one person converted to trying craft beer because of it. And, though the big macros are offered there, plenty of people order this - so it does have people try the craft beer - and that in itself makes it successful!

Appearance: Light golden straw color, decent head, nice lacing. Looks good.

Smell: Very faint, very slight hoppiness and grains. Nothing detracting but nothing interesting.

Taste/Mouthfeel/Drinkability: Crisp, clean. Easy to drink. Subtle, back of the throat bready finish. Almost no malt. A pinch of hops. Decent taste, average mouthfeel. Very drinkable for a summertime brew.

Clear yellow in color with a meager surface head. Aroma was non-detectable. The flavor was very mild mannered, as light malt was paired with a touch of bitterness. A faint grassy tone was in the background.

Mouthfeel was smooth and lightly crisp at the start with a smooth bland finish. Overall a very dull beer, and clearly the restaurant needs this for the non-adventurous macro drinkers in the crowd.

This beer is a clear gold color with a thin white head. Mild effervescence. Thin, slow lacing. The aroma is light and somewhat sweet. Lightly crisp and a little bubbly with a semi-sweet flavor along with some hops. Clean finish. Not too bad for a summer beer.
