This triple IPA explodes with monstrous flavours of tropical fruit. Hazy, dank, and velvety, Leviathan is aggressively bitter and mellowed by a smooth lactose finish.

Hazy bright peachy orange pour with finger of somewhat creamy white head that dissipates shortly.
Nose of ripe orange, tangerine, mango, peach, and tropical fruit - fruity hop explosion - slightly dank with grainy cereal malt underlying.
Sweet fruity burst on the palate - over ripe citrus, mango, tangerine but with a hint of diesel - softer tropical and peach notes - the lactose sweetness tempers a backend bitterness.
Full and smooth mouthfeel - moderate carbonation, bittersweet but leaning into the sweetness - and just a little bit of boozy heat.
