341ml bottle, a sort of stealth release in Alberta of late, as far as my experience has been.
This beer pours a mostly clear, pale golden yellow colour, with three fingers of puffy, rocky, and chunky dirty white head, which leaves a bit of random sudsy islet lace around the glass as it lazily sinks out of sight.
It smells of gritty and grainy pale malt, muddled tropical fruity notes, further bland orange and generic grapefruit rind, a bit of phenolic yeastiness, and further leafy, weedy, and musty floral green hop bitters. The taste is more of the same - crackery and grainy pale malt, a mixed and matched domestic and exotic bland fruitiness, still extant estery yeast, and some plain earthy, leafy, and musky floral verdant hoppiness.
The carbonation is fairly laid-back in its quotidian frothiness, the body a solid middleweight, and mostly smooth, as the otherwise heady hops keep things on the down-low here, as it were. It finishes off-dry, some mixed fruitiness contending with the lingering malt for last rites.
Overall, this comes off as a decently hoppy pale ale, which is what ISAs are, in the first place, really. Nice and bitter, lower than average ABV, and a hold 'er steady malt bill. Works for me, if I have to actually accept this as a style, when one of my newfound beer-friendly neighbours offers me a Full Moon Pale Ale, 10 seconds after meeting me. Yeah, I think I'll keep it with the latter, no offense.

Serving Type: 355 mL Bottle
A- Pours a Deep Golden colour topped by a 1 finger white head that works down to around 1/2 finger and stays there. Lots of patchy lacing.
S- Pineapple, Mango, and citrus on the forefront with a little bit of a piney hop bite coming in near the end.
T- Aroma carries over well with a slight metallic taste on the finish.
M- Medium Body and Medium-High Carbonation. Easy drinking like a session ale is meant to be.
O- Another solid offering from a great Maritime brewery. With warmer weather coming, this Ale is a prime candidate for a refreshing summer beer. Excellent brew.
