Bottle from the brewery in Sherbrooke. Pour light coloured body with lots of foam that dissipitates. Honeyish mead smell, clean and fresh. Easy mouthfeel, but booze in the nose as I drink it. Like drinking mead, and with the added burden of carbonation, there is only so much to have at a time. Like a straightforward mead.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
