Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of Hallertau hops is floral and very enjoyable. Taste is a great combination between some lightly sweet Belgian malt base with some light fruity ester and a floral and lightly dry hoppy finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well brewed with great level of drinkability and nice hoppy notes

Bottle lists: 100% Quebec pils malt and dry hopped with Quebec Hallertauer, 25 IBU. Hazy apricot coloured body with a good topping of white head. Okay lacing and retention.
Lots of Belgian yeast on the nose along with citrus, candy malt, mustiness, orange zest, light coriander and minerals. Pretty nice smelling stuff.
First up in the mouth is apple juice, which comes off as being a bit out of place. Malt is a touch toasty and well-balanced against a decent earthy hopping. Some minerals come out but not really any of the citrus or spice I was anticipating. Mostly just malt and hops. Not as much complexity found here as with the nose and ends up being a little plain, though nothing is too off.
Okay feel. A little thin-bodied and over-carbonated.
These bottles look so nice, I had high hopes here. This isn't a bad beer but not one I'd buy again; it's a bit thin and uninteresting. I guess the description on the bottle is fairly accurate though, describing only the "soft cereal flavours and generous fresh hop aromas", which I would agree with. I wish the whole experience was on par with the nose, this one smells really good.
