Totally funked up bottle, picked up this year from La Duc. Brett gives big farm nose. This was a foamer. Big soapy head on golden yellow. Very mineral, a little acidic, aggressive carbonated. Just too funky for me, too many off flavours and strange bitterness.

500ml Bottle from Brouehaha QC for around 6.50$
Appearance - Hazy amber colour with a massive size fizzy white coloured head. It's hard to make out the level of carbonation and there is some fair lacing. The head lasted for around 5 minutes before it began to dissipate.
Smell - Yeasts, breads/grains, lemon, funk, floral/perfume
Taste & Mouth - The beer has an above average amount of carbonation and I can taste yeast, lemons, and some coriander/clove. There is also a bit of a fruit sweetness and a touch of funk. At time it reminded me a sweet tart candy from when I was a kid. It ends with a tart and spicy aftertaste.
Overall - At first the scent reminded me a little bit of solvent/medicine. But it grew on me and actually became quite nice and floral. This is definitely a beer that warrants trying for any craft fan. I'd dial down the carbonation a tad but other than that, it's a pretty decent beer.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orangey color ale with a super large foamy head with great retention and some very good lacing. Aroma of Brett and dry hops notes with light funky ester is quite wonderful. Taste is also a exquisite mix between some Brett notes with light barnyard notes which are well balance with some dry floral hoppy notes. Malt is semi-sweet and doesn’t take away too much form the wonderful aroma of hops and Brett but act as a solid backbone. Another wonderful treat from Boquebiere.

Cloudy orange color. Difficult to pour without producing a big foamy head that leaves plenty of lacing on the glass.
Fruity esters dominate the nose with a bit of barnyard funk. Notes of apple cider and spice.
Grainy flavor with citrus, spice and funk. Plenty of flavor and complexity to hold interest. Tangy and spicy.
Medium body and carbonation. A bit sweet with a brief light bitter finish.
A funky riff on the tripel style. Well worth a try!
