This is a review of this beer from 1984. The beer poured to a pale, cloudy color with a light head. Aroma was strong and fruity with a taste that was fruty with strong apple notes. Aftertaste was mild and the drink overall was excellent. Was distributed by Merchant Duvin at the time, as were many top line beers from europe before the micro explosion.

This was a great beer, in addition to having a really cool dog on the label. It came in a 22 oz. bottle.
It poured a lovely tan color with almost no head. Not overly carbonated.
The aroma was of rich, medium-dark malt, somewhat sweet, with a hint of apples and a prominent scent of alcohol.
The taste was lovely. Rich, thich malt flavors, apples and pears, and a strong alcohol taste that was perfectly balanced.
DEFINATELY one to try if you can find it.
