Pours a good, very dark brown to black body with a full creamy head of tanned foam on top.
Coffee notes in both the aroma and taste of this malty brew: bitter finish to an otherwise semi-sweet malt-loaf of a Mild. Body depth was fine and rich enough, would have liked a little more alcohol within the mix but a pleasant beer all the same.
