On draft at HyVee. Poured an opaque, jet-black color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy patches of lace on the glass. It smelled of chocolate, sweet cherries, vanilla and caramel. Sweet milk chocolate taste with cherry, caramel and toffee.

Clear dark black coffee color with a decent foamy tan head that retains well and produces some nice lacing. The aroma is dark chocolate, roasted malt, hints of cherry and vanilla.
The taste is toasted malt, dark chocolate, sweet dark cherries, vanilla with hints of caramel and herbal hops at the finish.
The body is medium, thinner than I expected for an oatmeal stout, but still smooth and nicely substantial.
Altogether this is a nice combination of flavors and mouthfeel, easy to drink and tasty.
