The aroma is lemon with a touch of caramel.
The taste is tart lemon with a light caramel background and a dry finish with a touch of lemon zest, mild bitterness.
The body is light, good carbonation, crisp and highly drinkable.
Altogether, this is a fairly tasty thirst quencher, Should go well with salads, seafood or other lighter fare, well done.
