Sampled on tap at the Green Dragon in Portland, OR

smell - apricot, malts
taste - dominant apricot flavor, some malt and hop
mouthfeel - light-medium body creamy, good carbonation
drinkability - the apricot fatigues after a bit but it has good flavor

Vertigo's Apricot Cream Ale is brewed to the same recipe as their regular Cream Ale but with a concentrated, non-fermenting apricot extract added. The extract is potent and emanates more apricot flavor and smell than actual apricots ever could. Bittering is negligible while the body shows remarkable clarity in sunshine yellow with a smattering of suds.
Nice if you're in the mood for it, especially as a summer beer. And it won a bronze medal in a national homebrew competition prior to Vertigo turning pro.
