A: Dark copper. Light tan foam. Lightish carbonation, possibly due to the couple extra days my growler spent in the fridge before opening. A bit on the hazy side.
S: Grapefruit and floral with a touch of rose petal. Toasted cashew.
T: Tangy, mildly lemony. A bitter hopiness that hits the back of the tongue. A toasty nuttiness of walnut rounds out the flavor profile, but it's largely dominated from the hoppy bitterness. It's just enough to add some complexity.
M: Very dry. Finishes mostly clean with a tiny steel metallic note. Solid consistency, not too chewy and not too thin. A good session beer for the IPA drinker.
O: Great pale ale. It packs a good punch of hops that might be too much for the casual beer drinker, but this is an IPA drinkers session beer. It has a well rounded flavor profile and is nicely crafted.
