On tap at the brewpub in the outskirts of San Antonio.
Clear golden color with a fine white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Aroma: Simcoe hops and little else.
Flavor: moderately bitter with some herbal, fruity and floral notes. .
Feel: near medium body and carbonation.
O: a quality but unexceptional American IPA.
