Not quite as good as my favorite berliner, which is the freetail berliner, but still quite refreshing, thirst quenching, and tasty. Can't really go wrong with a 4-pack of these.

This just not my style of beer so I am trying to keep it as neutral as I can.
Courtesy of frijoless, some texas beer for Kentucky :-), Can date 10/03/19 (10+ month)
Golden color and thin white head. I can taste and smell some cherry here but mostly sour.
Probably a well done beer for the style, just not for me.

Review is of bottle dated 04/04/16
Pours an opaque, honey/tangerine color. Head is 1/5th of an inch and white. Lacing and head retention were above average.
Smell is of rice wine vinegar, tart apple juice, bit of funky yeast, and sour cherries. No hops or alcohol are detected. Yeast strain dominates the aroma.
Taste is strongly acidic. Reminds me of a gueuze or lambic. Cherry flavor is faint but it is definitely tart. Would pair nicely with a piece of pie. Sweet, straw malt comes through as beer warms. No hops or alcohol is present.
Mouthfeel is light, well carbonated, and puckeringly acidic.
Overall this was one of the most sour berliners I've had, especially for a fruited one. Mouthfeel was spot on, effervescent, light and tart. Just wish vinegar flavor was dialed back and cherry flavor was kicked up a couple notches.
