Not a bad choice of beer if you like beers you can salt. This one has a dominating pickle profile that is great with added salt and good without it. It would make a good summer beverage and is sessionable with a 4.7% ABV. I don't recommend it for those who battle indigestion frequently because it is slightly acidic and could cause discomfort. All Gose-style beers are sour so if you aren't into sour beer, a gose isn't for you. Also, to anybody who likes Micheladas, this beer would work well for that concoction and I recommend using V8 for the base and not Clamato. It's about like preparing a bloody Mary with less ingredients. So overall I am scoring this beer a 3.5. It should be classified as a GOOD beer or at least an OKAY beer.

Poured yellow and cloudy without much head or lace
Although it was pretty strongly pickle at first, it turns more into a typical gose with pickle accents after a few sips. It's even quite refreshing.
Another good one from Freetail, who in my mind has a 100% success rate so far.

So this is really a thing in Texas… It doesn’t surprise me—I’ll chop up a bunch of pickles and add them to my popcorn—but, in beer? This is straight up pickle juice. A pickled punch of a pickle bomb, tart and salty and full of pepino power. If that’s your bag then you’ll like it.
