Ontap when I was down there for the Ananke release.
A - Very hazy golden-orange with a clean white head. Head is about two fingers thick and has excellent retention. Excellent lacing left on the glass.
S - Faint aroma of over-ripened peaches mixed with a wheaty aroma. Somewhat herbal and grassy. Zesty fruitiness comes through as the beer warms.
T - Typical wit taste mixed with a big punch of well ripened peaches. Wheat is certainly the dominant taste. Grassy flavors linger throughout as well.
M/D - Light and crisp, well carbonated. Very easy drinking and a fun experiment with a wit beer.
My first beer from Freetail and I am certainly a fan so far.

An interesting idea. This is there Rye Wit with peaches.
A: Extremely cloudy with tones of floaties. A yellow/orange color. A small white head forms and leaves light lace.
S: Big peaches up front with some grassy and floral hops. Passion fruits as well. Bread and biscuit.
T: Follows the nose, big fleshy peaches, and more juicy passion fruits come out. Floral and grassy. A light sweetness, with a big breadyness.
M/D: A medium body that is crisp and smooth. Very easy to drink, I downed my pint in no time.
This is a really interesting beer with lots of flavor. Very unique and recommended.
