On cask at the brewpub. I am not sure if the non-dry hopped version is ever on tap or if this is how the beer is always brewed. This was one of seven witbiers on tap at Freetail.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of wheat and oranges. A very juicy smelling beer. The aroma is more of the same. The orange notes are slightly tart and mix very well with the wheat notes. Low carbonation and a soft, medium mouthfeel.
