Poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: Pours a hazy whitish-yellow with minimal head, I want to say it's a little dark for the style and I expect better head retention (there are a lot of factors that affect that though).
Aroma: Tart lactic acid, green apples, and citrus.
Taste: Very tart, as it should be, with notes of apples, and citrus. There is a slight oak character and an strong kettle corn finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with high carbonation and a dry tart finish.
Overall: I think the body should have been a little less and the taste on the finish was a little strange.

On tap at the brewpub. One of five sours on tap at the Bandito and Woodicus bottle release.
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the wheat with a little bit of tartness mixed in. The flavor is where this beer really shines. I get a lot of tart lemon notes with some wheat. The beer is fairly lactic and is mouth puckering due to the sourness. Thin to medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. I love this style of beer and this one didn't disappoint.
