On tap at the brewpub during the most recent bottle release. This was one of seven witbiers on tap. This beer is brewed with hibiscus.
The beer pours a hazy red color with a pink head. Very odd looking beer. The aroma is heavy on the hibiscus with some wheat mixed in. The flavor is also very floral. I get a ton of flowers and hibiscus as well as a lot of sugar and some citrus notes. The beer is very sweet and by the end of the pint glass it gets hard to drink. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
