Poured into a pint glass for the latest installment of the 5G series.
Appearance: Pours a light pinkish-red color with a white head that fades to a lacing over the top of the beer.
Aroma: Very similar to Fortuna, a bit of funk, passion fruit and cherries.
Taste: Tart and fruity up front with a sour finish. Taste of passion fruit, citrus and a hint of green apples, interesting combination but enjoyable.
Mouthfeel: Light and effervescent with a slightly sour dry finish, enjoyable and refreshing.
Overall: Another interesting variation of their house wit. I liked the tartness as it was somewhat reminiscent of a berlinerweiss.
