Poured into a sniffer, thanks to texasclimber for sharing.
Appearance: Pours a very clear pink with a delicate white head about a finger thick.
Aroma: Notes of coriander, orange and other spices with a hint of tart prickly pear.
Taste: Very subtle on the spices in the taste, yeasty, with the most dominate taste being the prickly pear.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with medium carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: Considering the age of this beer, it had held up pretty well.
