Dark amber body with a light tan head; smell is oaky lacto, vanilla, some pineapple. Taste is lacto up front, with some interesting mesquite-like flavor, and I'm picking up some pepper burn on this one, quite pleasant and goes well with the bbq- like smokiness. Burn becomes more noticeable as you drink, mesquite flavor is odd, yet works and moves to the background as the session goes on. Medium carbonation, mouthfeel is light.
