On tap @ Freetail Brewing Co. 6.6.12, 8 oz. pour.
Clear deep gold body no visble carbonation nary any head very thin ring around edge of glass. Pretty muted nose until the beer fully warmed ( the beer is poured very cold here) once it warmed chile aromas came through, some smoke not vegetal. Plasant chile taste, once again quite a bit of smoke, not much heat, balanced with citrus hops. Chiles got more heated once the beer fully warmed, need to be patient. Mouthfeel on the light side, not much effervescence. Sweet, smoky and chile: what more is there to ask for?

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
