This pours the color of toasted straw-amber with a grassy aroma to it. There’s an evident bitterness with a strawlike, grassy aroma.
Dry hopped with Amarillo, which of course makes me think of west Texas (as opposed to San Antonio hops, which would be kind of cool in its own way). …Which is maybe word-association but it makes me think of burnt straw, dried grass, and a moderate level of bitterness on the palate. Finishes dry and interesting enough to have a few pints of it. I enjoyed this too.
