Had on tap at the brewpub, bartender noted it went on tap today. Brewer's notes: "Belgian Wit infused with cilantro, ginger, lemon grass, toasted coconut, kafir lime leaf, lime juice and a bit of spirulina for that lovely hue." 10 IBU
Appears a funky light pea green, thin white head. Odd, but definitely peaks your interest. The smell is actually fairly subdued, but mild wheat, citrus, and earthy spice. Taste is also suprisingly subtle. Odd that it tastes very complex but yet hard to put a finger on an individual flavor in the curry realm. Finishes a touch sour. Body and carbonation are average, drinks easy.
Overall- a must try, and to call it gimmicky would be selling it way short. Quite tasty.
