Beer bottle (33 cl.), purchased from La Crécelle brewery (5/2010) and tasted in 2010.
Appearance : slightly brown color, with tan foamy head (very sparkling).
Smell : anise and licorice aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : coffee flavours, and low alcohol (4,5 % ABV).
Drinkability : an average beer in the style Dark Ale, brewed with pale, caramel, and chocolate malts.
