A slightly opalescent yellow appearance. White, abundant foam, but quickly falling down. Big bubbles, not too much elegant.
Strange smell for a blanche, with fruity notes, tangerine, maybe kiwi. Spicy notes.
Not too convincing at the taste, too, again fruitiness, some wheat, and again a "warm" spiciness.
Citrus and spicy aftertaste.
Not too convincing.

Pours a cloudy orange gold with a nice sized white head. Nose is oranges, dough, and a lot of earthy tones. Flavor is pretty smooth. Thick earthy tone. Again that same type of clay earthy character I get off so many of these French artisanal beers I have tried. It works here since it combines well with the orange and sweet edges. The carbonation is fairly full here and the liquid is thicker with kind of a chalky thing going on as well. Very easy to drink overall. Not too shabby.

Had this bottle in my pantry for a few months now so i thought it was time
to give it a try on this hot summer day.
A: Yellowish with a big impressive lace.
S: Lemon, coriander, yeast. Quite spicy.
T: Citric notes, marshmallow banana, fruit, spices.
M: An easy drink with heavy carbonation. Like an wheatbeer should be.
I liked this one. Even though the ABV is only 4.5% it feels rich and complex and not watered down at all. Just what the doctor would
recommend on a hot summerday.

The colour is yellow with hints of orange and green; the liquid is a bit hazy. The large white airy head forms a fine crater before it sinks down to a lid, leaving some very fine lacing.
The smell is fruity/spicy with notes of bitter oranges, coriander, yeast and wheat sourness.
The taste is spicy with hints of black pepper, coriander, and oregano. There are lots of sour wheat notes as mild yeast. The aftertaste is creamy with a balanced spicy with some light fruity notes like apricots and herbs.
The carbonation is strong. Large bubbles that tickles the tongue. The liquid is medium thick.
One of the better witbeers that I have came across. Reminds me very much of HoegaardenÂ…

A: Cloudy straw colour with a good foamy white head.
S: Yeast, citrus (grapefruit), coriander.
T: Yeast, citrus, coriander.
M: Light body, moderate carboration.
D: Drinkability very good. Especially on a hot day like when I tried this one.
A nice wit. Perfect thirst quencher on a summer day.

Poured in a very cloudy, pale yellow colour with two fingers of foam. A whirl of bubbles. The smell was of yeast, wheat, bread, sweet oranges and peaches. The first taste was of the yeast and oranges, very dry on the tongue and a little sour. After a while a refreshing citrus larded taste emerges. It's good but too sweet for a hot, sunny summer afternoon.
