Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in 2003.
The brewer cultivates his own barley and hops.
Appearance : amber color, with huge white foamy head.
Smell : malt, yeast and caramel aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : malty and yeasty, caramel is still present, with nice bitterness finish.
Drinkability : a good beer in the style amber ale (serving at 10 °C).
