Taste like a pilsner with address sweetness. Smell isn't appealing though. A little too bitter for my taste but not too bad. There are better French beers though

De Hopt. En copa Teku. Ordenando biblioteca de Steam. Si bien tiene algo mas de cuerpo de lo habitual en una industrial, carece absolutamente de sabor, resultando excesivamente plana y aburrida

I had this beer when visiting Marseille last year. I had it in a cute café in old part of the city. Didn't manage to find it in a shop afterwards. It's golden yellow with small, fast disappearing foam. very easy to drink, refreshing and very suitable for hot south France climate. It's always interesting to try a local beer and this one didn't disappoint, yet it remains average.

Found a six-pack of regular sized (almost - 33cl) bottles at the grocery store, a rare find in France. Picked it up on principle before finding out that "La Cagole" is a Southern French derogatory term for a woman.
The beer pours with a ton of bubbles, which cling to the side of the glass well after the head has disappeared. It smells of lightly roasted malt and not much else. The color is almost of butterscotch and very clear.
It tastes very much like a Czech Pilsner, with a slight amount of extra sweetness near the end. Otherwise, the beer is fairly dry and finishes bitter despite the overall malty sweethess.
All in all, a good example of the style, but no standout by any means. Definitely ok to have a few of these (4.7% abv) over a game of boules.

Pours deep golden with large fizzy head that dissipates in seconds, no lacing. The beer is swarming with small carbonation bubbles. Aroma light malt, slightly spicy with floral hops.
Taste is nicely balanced sweetish and light spicy malts with mild hops. Very clean. Mouthfeel is about medium with medium carbonation.
Overall, the beer is suprisingly good. It would be perfect if the bitterness would be more pronounced. But is good and extremely refreshing anyway.

Beer bottle (33 cl.), tasted in 2008 (brewed in the Czech Republic).
Cagole * - the word itself is almost rude, could designate a girl a little vulgar, blonde (necessarily false blonde), with the emphasis well pronounced, the verb thought and approach ... I noticed is when one is bad, but we can save, too many very nice behind the name cagole, I love cagoles!
Appearance : golden color, with white foam head.
Smell : reveals a slight aroma of honey
Taste and mouthfeel : malty flovours and bitterness.
Drinkability : easy to drink it, but it's an average beer in the style Czech pilsener.
