I sampled a pint of this beer at the Ullapool beer festival 2008.
The beer poured a golden-brown colour with an off-white head that displayed very good retention, a good start but it's all downhill from here.
The nose was very bland, a very faint hint of hops and not much else.
The hops dominate the initial taste with a smokey and medicinal aftertaste. Combine this taste with a very weak body and you have a very unimpressive beer.
Not my cup of tea at all.
