Like one of the reviews said...major gusher. Opened the bottle and sat it in the sink for 10 minutes and foam was still pouring. Orange gold pour. Strong sour fruit aroma. Taste follows the nose with a puckeringly sour citrus taste with a hint of funk.

Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a fluffy head perched atop the goldenstraw liquid; a few strands of lacing hang around
Smell: Lactic lemon-lime tones waft above the bready malt
Taste: Very lactic from the get-go, with the lemon-lime tones adding a slightly fruity character; moderately sour finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation; somewhat puckery
Overall: A decent sour but might benefit from an adjunct treatment

On draft at Hunahpu's Day 2016, described as dry hopped.
Golden yellow with a decent head and some surprising lacing.
There is an excellent sticky green tang to this sour.
Bright, fruity, and tart.

A really nice base sour beer. Tastes like mango and passion fruit, yet they didn't add any fruit. Low abv, very refreshing, nice carbonation to it, I could drink it all day

A: poured into a Duvel tulip to a hazy golden yellow topped by a three finger dense white head that fades fairly quickly and leaves minimal lacing. Carbonation is very active on this one and for the past minute it has sounded like a soda fizzing.
S: lactic sourness, slight fruitiness and some light doughy malt. Smells a little funky but there's no brett in this.
T: Taste is a big blast of lactic sourness with a little bit of chalkyness and a hint of lemon. Swallow is more lactic tartness, maybe a hint of oak and a little more chalkyness
M: Light in body with a high level of carbonation and adrying finish
O: Overall very one dimensional. This beer is a total lacto bomb which is to be expected. Not really sure what the goal was with putting this in bottles since it really needs something else to give it more complexity and appeal.

Super carbonated as I open this one and off white foam spills over the top of the bottle. Head reaches a inch then fades to nothing in seconds. Body is a hazy straw colored gold. Nose has orange, Mellon and a bit of funk. Lemon juice and heavy acidity hits the tongue with first sip. This brew is super sour but lacks charisma. Some tweaking would have a wonderful product.
