Appearance: Pours coffee brown with a thin beige head; splashy lacing
Smell: Plum and cherry jam; oaky with a woodsy tone
Taste: Plum forward with cherry tones complementing and a woodsy element, underneath; the tartness builds, through the middle, with the oak emerging, after the swallow; tart but dry, in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: Very fruity with a nice tart edge; not a lot of funk but quite enjoyable

Had poured from 25.4 oz.-bomber, label printed Batch # 1, into tulip.
Rumor is there was a brown ale at the base of this beer, but no sweetness remains and only a remnant of the malt, in a beer that is mostly about the astonishing NOLA sour tartness and the plum fruit, with a hint of cherry and oak-barrel vanilla.

Clear brown pour with a small off-white head. Aroma of sour dark fruit. Taste follows the nose with a really nice mildly-sour dark fruit taste with plum flavor coming through. Tartness increases as the beer warms to a puckering finish.
