Many thanks to Knapp85 for this can.
A - Opaque and turbid dark gold colored pour with soapy, creamy thick white lacing that sticks on the glass.
S - Nose is VERY light with some tropical fruit.
T - Tropical fruit presence but on the light side balanced out with light caramel malt. Some spicy fruit rind starts to build, a little bit herbal, a little bit citrus.
M - Big medium to heavy body with a slick mouthfeel.
O - Glad to have tried this one! This is a tame and nicely balanced opaque IPA using some new hop strains - that is cool in itself.

This has to be my favorite IPA out right now, not insanely hopped, probably the best balanced IPA w/ a great malt to hop ratio, aroma is citrusy fruit and pine with notes of bread, taste is very similar, MILD bitterness up front leading to a pineappe (?) tangerine and bready malts, finish is dry and crisp, perfect body on this w just the right amount of co2, overall this has got to be my favorite new release, no hype, just goid fucking beer, thank you NOLA

a cool mix of hops on this delicious ipa, hands down the best of the hoppy beers i had on my trip to new orleans this week! i have not been overly impressed with their hoppy stuff in the past, but this one is excellent. cashmere hops lead the way, which are really coming on as unique and delicious and popular, grown in michigan i know, but not sure where these are from. also aramis in here, which i know came originally from france, but again unsure where these are grown. to have a juicy ipa that isnt all southern hemisphere or citra/mosaic/amarillo is absolutely awesome! these have all started to taste the same, and so to have something a little different here on the hop side is more than welcome. here the hops have notes of honeydew melon, lemon candy, and herbs like sage, mustard green, and sweet cicely, unique for sure, but also unique as much for what is absent as what is actually here, no citra or mosaic! as much as i love them, its getting tired, i loved this going in a new direction! hazy and fuller bodied, creamy feeling, oily and sweet, but very drinkable for what it is. a noble element to the aramis too, some spice too, and a grassy thing, delicious and bittering enough to make the hop profile balanced. overall a really tasty beer, at the apex of freshness, and identifiable as distinct right away. i hope to see more like this. this might be the best beer i have ever had from these guys...

Pours a very cloudy golden yellow color with a thin foamy head. Head retention is virtually nonexistent. Lacing is good. Somewhat juicy aroma but more floral than citrus. Almost minty. More juicy taste. Slight citrus with bitterness and mildly minty at the end. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
