Appearance: off-orange/tan and totally opaque with haze. The head forms quickly and then fades to a silky veil.
Aroma: “interesting” first comes to mind. Orange/banana and coconut – like some tropical breakfast drink. Orange, pineapple and banana aroma. Blindfolded I’d guess fruit salad. All fruit; there is no hop aroma.
Flavor: ugh! The orange/banana and coconut flavors clash with the hops. Rather than the fruit or hops being the showcase, they combine into a muddy mess. The hops and flavors do NOT complement each other. The malt is evident in the flavor as well.
Mouthfeel: medium-medium. I could drink several. The body is the only redeeming quality of this beer.
Overall: not good. This beer was hard to finish (actually I didn’t bother finishing the can). This beer is fresh, so age isn’t the culprit. An interesting beer idea, but this beer didn’t turn out for the better.

Pours hazy, orange-brown in color with ¼ inch head. Smell is big wheat—does not do justice to this beer. Taste is big lime and coconut—both flake and juice, orange and toasted malt. Medium bodied, slightly sweet, with moderate carbonation. Big tropical treat. Could do several.
