4-pack of 16 fl oz pull-tab cans ran me $11.99 USD plus tax at a beer store in New Orleans, LA.
6.0% ABV. "Peach India Pale Ale with Azacca & Mosaic Hops."
APPEARANCE: Hazy yellow with a white cap.
AROMA: Peach. Subdued apricot. Floral aromatics. Grassy notes & resin.
Seems Azacca dominant. I don't pick up on any Mosaic-derived blueberry...all Mosaic is putting up here seems to be vague tropical fruit character.
Maltwise it's just 2-row pale malt and some wheat.
TASTE & TEXTURE: Surprisingly acidic. Hop profile is floral, resinous, citrusy, and a biteen tropical fruit-emphatic. Balanced but overly acidic to the point it feels sharp on the palate. Unrefreshing. Smooth, wet, medium-bodied, a bit pulpy.
OVERALL: Drinkable and enjoyable but not a great IPA by any stretch. ABV is obviously on the low end but it isn't as drinkable as a 7+% ABV IPA with a better hop profile.
