Coming into this pretty late. Best by 5/7/21, into Homestyle glass.
Has a wonderful red grape jelly color with a bubble gum pink head of 1 finger that lasts awhile. Pretty.
Aroma of pilsner malt, tart bacteria, cracker, lemon squirts, brewery room, and slight blueberry breakfast bar.
Flavor is mostly tart bacteria and lemon water, but then suddenly, an oven. Wait. I meant, some really sour puckering culture comes forward in the form of grape warheads and sour berries. It has a flavor I can keep down, and it does inspire further sips, but it is not a particularly easy beer. Finish of watery grape jam.
Feel is tart, snappy, biting, busy, wet, puckering, and hard. No heat. Busy carbonation still lingering on the tonsils.
Overall, an okay Berliner. I liked my Tacocat beer better. Probably not the fairest review as it's past its best-by, but it falls in line with the other peeps' ratings so it's probably accurate.
Wouldn't revisit this little guy.

Pour is a nice bright rich red.
Nose is light blueberry, lemon, wheat, moderate tartness
Taste follows. Tart lemon upfront followed by a hint of blueberry finishing with a wheat character.
