An unexpectedly fruity beer with abundant raspberry-cherry and a touch of honeydew to its smell and taste. Though the flavor is modest in scope, it runs towards fruit blossoms and rosewater. Carbonation is notably active though it augments a relatively thin body. Hops are virtually undetectable.
Clouded clover honey colored with a charmed simplicity throughout. I'm not sure this ale wants to taste as it does. But I'm glad for what it is.
