Brown 50cl bottle, complete with sediment, this is bottle conditioned, unusual for a Lux`beer.
This beer leans more towards the Belgian lands rather than their German neighbours. Cloudy and pale gold in colour, the well formed white head thinned to a wispy covering and a collar fairly quickly, no lacing.
Yeast and grain smells, no hop or maltiness though.
The taste was half Belgian blonde and half a soft pilsner, no harshness at all. Spritzy and refreshing, easy to drink and lively from start to finish. Just about the best beer I've reviewed from Luxembourg.
