Zanahoria (carriot) is a nickname for an old law that limited the hour for parting in Bogotá. Appropriate name for a non-alcoholic beer.
Light yellow color with a thick bright white head with eternal retention and leaving laces.
Light aroma with notes of malt extract and that is about it.
Sweet flavor with notes of malt extract, hay, floral hops and some herbs/veggies. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to watery body with appropriate carbonation.
Not really satisfying as a beer which is the norm for non-alcoholic, but positively it has noticeable hops to balance the malt juice.
