On draft at one of the brewery’s franchise locations in Bogotá in a nonic glass.
Dark brown, but transparent enough to see shapes through the glass, with a very fluffy tan head. Aroma is dominated by the smell of good Colombian coffee, which smells delicious and fresh. Aside from the coffee, there are some sweet notes, and a hint of roasted malts. The coffee is also in the forefront of the taste, and the sweetness is stronger than in the nose, increasing as the beer warms. Very little bitterness from hops or from the coffee. Body is on the lighter side and the finish is sweet. A good straightforward showcase of Colombian coffee in a Colombian-brewed stout.
