It is our blonde, soft and refreshing beer. With a generous addition of organic honey. Very balanced. 2 weeks of maturation.

I got the chance to try a few Colombian craft beers from the Bogota Beer Company including this one. They certainly brew good craft beer in Bogota too.
Look: clear light yellow with a half-inch white head.
Aroma: moderate bready but also sweet honey aroma
Taste: It's sweet malts and honey, mild but flavorful.
Feel: light to medium body

Pours a light pale golden color. Aroma is pislner malts with a hint of sweetness. Flavor is a little less malty than the nose with a honey finish. Not as sweet as expected but has a touch of sweetness. The honey helps give the beer a little body. Overall a pretty light beer with not much going on.
