Pours an Amber Gold with a decent amount of head. Smells a little piney and citrusy with a waft of malt. Tastes like citrus, some pine, good bitterness with decent malt and a little rough around the edges. Kind of a throwback and reminds me a little of maybe Ruination or SN Hoptimum before they changed the formula. A decent quaff on tap at the BBC Bodega across the street from my aunt’s house in Bogota but not the best one I’ve tried here, cheers!

Appearance: Pours clear and amber colored with a two finger head; good stickage and lacing action
Smell: Caramel and earthy hop tones; somewhat piney
Taste: Earthy flavors with some caramel malt sweetness; somewhat fruity through the middle, with pine flavors adding moderate to high bitter tones, after the swallow
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Given where American IPAs are these days, this is a throwback to the days when an East Coast IPA tilted its hat toward the English Bitter style; a good reminder of how good this style of beer can be, particularly with food

Picked up at BBC en titan. Nice bright yellow-green Popping the top I get a hoppy piney citrusy waft. Pours to a pale bronze. Taste is very thick on the mouthfeel. Sweet and bitter at the same time. Very structured light tan head. Taste consistent throughout, grapefruit piney bites to the aftertaste.

Pours a nice honey color. Has a clean aroma of pine and citrus. Flavor is west coast IPA style with citrus and pine up front. Has a some bitterness from the hops but is balanced by a nice clean finish. Leaves a pleasant hoppy aftertaste. Overall this is a nice IPA and way better than I expected.
